Review on Cams 127050 XE253LH 14 Camshaft Modular by Tom Ball

Huge increase in power over 4800-4900, I highly recommend optimizing these as they unleash a lot more power. Installed them on my 2010 F150 4.6. The only downside is that it sacrifices some low-end torque, but just throw in a set of lower gears and you'll be fine. Don't attempt to install them yourself unless you know what you're getting into. Installation is very easy once you know what you are doing. It took about 35-40 minutes for each side.
