Two weeks ago Some time, a player was chewing through the first volume of the nine-year-old Little House on the Prairie DVD I bought. I had to take the car apart to get my DVD! DVD cannot be repaired, there is a big hole on it. When I had pieces everywhere I got mad and picked everything up and threw it in the trash. All that's left of your wonderful DVD player is a dangling cord from my TV. Yes, I bought an extended warranty and then forgot about it. And here I am in the middle of a pandemic, I haven't left my house since April '69 and I can't even watch a DVD! I'm not happy and in fact I'm very disappointed and frustrated because I can't afford to buy another one. I hope this gets to whoever sold it to Revain because they need to stop buying them.
