Misleading information

The radio is a very pleasant purchase. Plug and play not as advertised. Upon receipt, the unit must be checked in at the radio shop and there is an additional charge for wiring harnesses not included. I'm waiting for my return! Waste of time after asking if all straps came with the radio. Well it isn't.
