Gave 3 stars based on my personal experience. Could be better for some uses but I feel like I'm being generous. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 5g and this is what I found. For the $20 money it's a good deal, no questions asked, design is good apart from some issues with my phone. and the car I want to use it in. On the S21 with case, it recognizes the phone 1 out of 10 times. The important thing is that it closes properly. Wireless charging is incredibly slow on the s21 with the included cable. At 20% battery, charging is said to take four hours with no apps running (3:58 to be exact). Launch the GPS app and you're using more battery than it can charge. The next problem with the S21 is that the power button is right on top of the clamp arm, which makes waking the phone harder (there are workarounds for this, but just more effort). The vent mount works well for the vent mount, but switching from portrait to landscape mode is tedious, and there's still a lot of vibration, this is in a 3/4 ton truck that drives rough anyway so it's not surprising that the car's smoother ride doesn't matter much. So for s21 I will keep looking. I put my Galaxy S10 in it and it was much better for this phone because of the button layout.
