We have a large heavy coffee table with casters and the top folds up. It rolled easily across our hardwood floor, making it difficult to keep it in place when using a tray or food tray. I found these felt pads online and decided to give it a try. My husband lifted the cocktail table and I placed a felt pad under each wheel. He then pushed on the table to set the caster in place. It worked. The table is heavy enough to stop rolling, but we can give it a push and it will slide fine. When the pads wear out there are 16 in the pack so they can be replaced if needed.
