I love how easy it was for me as both my employee or supervisor (it can be done either way). It's definitely helped us in organizing our files/files and keeping up with all of their information! There isn't really anything that I dislike at this point. If you are new user just try out every feature they've got available because there will probably something that suits your specific use best. We're managing tons of different companies so having one central place where we can find everything has been wonderful! The ease of use for our team with this software!The ability to easily pull in data from multiple sources into one place makes it so much easier for us to stay organized and keep clients up to date on their status. There isn't anything I dislike about the product but if you're looking to improve any area, just do your research! We have been able to streamline all aspects of keeping my accounts current and updated throughout each stage of our engagement process.
