Review on Optimized Venzo Bike Repair Stand - Wall Mount for πŸ”§ Mountain Bikes and Road Bikes Maintenance - Convenient Home Mechanics Workstand by Tyra Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Robust work stand made of metal.

I've had this rack for about a month now and have used it about half a dozen times to work on my new mountain bike. The bike weighs just under 30 pounds. So far I really like the stand. Makes a robust impression and is mostly made of metal. It keeps my bike stable and has many adjustment options depending on where and how you secure your bike (seat post/top tube). At the moment I have no complaints. Some people have noticed that the back of the clamp arm doesn't protrude above the wall when the post is attached to the wall, which it did when I got it. The simple solution was to loosen the top two levers and remove the sponge tube. Then use the two levers to rotate the tube 180 degrees and reinsert the sponge tube into the end that was in contact with the wall. Works perfectly and does not touch the wall, otherwise no functional differences or differences in clamping force.

Pros
  • It's great
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
