The set looks fantastic on the bamboo display case. I couldn't wait to use it so I used it the day I received it. This set not only looks great, but is also very functional and useful. I used it to make my very berry sake cocktail. I used to have to mash the berries by hand until they were pureed, which took forever, but the pestle made it so easy, I was pureeing the berries in under a minute. The shaker is great too, I've used it before, it was difficult to open which was annoying. This shaker is easy to use and easy to open, doesn't leak when I shake things in it. The long twisted spoon is so cute I love that it has a small fork on the other end which I used to place the strawberries on the side of the glass. Here is a quick recipe for a very berry sake (see also photo): - Using a pestle, puree a few berries in a glass (any berry mixture will do) - Ice, juice of half a lemon and 6 servings (e.g. two glasses) of sake in one Shaker - Shake well with some ice and pour over the berry puree - Pour some Sprite into the glasses and some ice cubes - Mix with spoons and add toppings as you like. Overall I highly recommend this set, it's well packaged and very easy to use!
