Everything about this run is positive. the quality of the materials, the length, the freedom it gives our dog to run a good distance in the garden but remain discreet. I would give it a five star rating, but the pulley gets stuck (most of the time) and limits your ability to use the full length of the barrel. We pulled it from end to end in a straight, even line with no obstacles. I don't know if this is Ora's pulley bend in the plastic cable cover, but we're annoyed that we have to keep releasing it and frustrated that it doesn't have the range it should and only does so occasionally. UPDATE: After we contacted the seller, they offered to send us another run to fix the problem! That's great customer service!
