I ordered this headset a week ago and when I tried to use it I received complaints of very weak sound. I was frustrated because I'm constantly on the phone while working 50-60 hours a week. I emailed my dissatisfaction for help and to my pleasant surprise, Sunny replied to me within 24 hours as advertised! He first walked me through a few troubleshooting steps and when that still didn't work he said he would send me a new headset. To my pleasant surprise, I received it again in the mail in just 3 business days and the new headset works great! Sunny has provided the best customer service I have ever received. Not only was he patient with me, he was very polite and professional. They really stand behind the quality of their products and take pride in providing the best customer service possible.
