I am really disappointed and so surprised that this item cannot be returned. I accidentally doubled my order, but it doesn't matter. In the end it feels overpriced and there are options 20% cheaper than this. Revain doesn't understand why this is non-refundable, but it seems to me that the seller is just putting a premium on a cheap, average item and ripping people off. The quality is like a party balloon mixed with aluminum foil. A balloon because of its reflectivity and aluminum foil because it is crunchy and seems to tear easily. I haven't torn mine, but it tears very easily. It's very subtle. Utility is my first experience with these blankets and I am amazed at how they work. When he touches my skin, I get warm. Coming back to quality though, it seems to tear apart easily so I don't think it will be very useful when you actually use it. I really only want her back because I feel like I've been robbed.
