Primitive software and design
The device appears to work well but it is cumbersome and takes some time to learn the controls and settings as they are not intuitive. Worst of all, however, is the software used to download and plot the data. It feels clunky and primitive, like 20-year-old software. I expect a lot more design for my money. This is not modern technology.
