Very pleasant, very quiet.

I used these to replace the vinyl tips on my headphones and they worked great. I find them much more comfortable and blocks out outside noise a bit better. You need to squeeze them slightly before inserting. Two notes: the material is a little delicate; I managed to break one. Also pay attention to the size of the inner hole and compare it with your headphones. They fit one pair I have but not the other. They are sold with inner rings of different sizes.
