I have bought this part twice, the first time it came in a Honewell box with instructions, cables for braids and some other parts. The second time I bought two, they fell apart and rattled in a large box with woefully insufficient padding for thin thermomechanical devices. Thank goodness they still work and appear to be correctly calibrated. There were no instructions and no pigtails, which are absolutely necessary when connecting to stranded wires. The lack of instructions is particularly frustrating as the unit has a breakable tab that MUST be removed if your oven uses a low voltage safety shutdown circuit. Failure to remove this tab when necessary could result in a fire in the thermostat wiring. Without guidance, there would be absolutely no way for homeowners to become aware of this potential hazard. My old review: This is exactly the part I needed. The on and off temperature of the blower motor (fan) can be set independently, and the overheating gas cut-off can also be set independently, and can work on both mains voltage and low voltage, but you need to remove the break. Tab to use low voltage gas cutoff. This part makes an excellent universal fan and limiter controller for many ovens that require an 11" or 11.5" probe. The item corresponds to the description and item number of the item sold. The item was well packaged and delivered in perfect condition and the temperature calibration is accurate. The item was shipped quickly by the seller and arrived within a few days.
