Review on π Spectra Premium LO01 Fuel Tank Lock Ring: Reliable Security for GM/Jeep Vehicles by Nick Narvasa
Not an exact replacement but close
The product is well made and the tension ring works well. The problem is that the o-ring is about 1/4" thick and too small to fit my 1967 Oontiac Catalina, I needed a 5/16" o-ring. The diameter is correct.
