I add an extra leaf spring to my OEM springs. Haven't installed it on my 4runner yet but looks like they fit OEM leaf springs. For the bushings in the back/yoke area, 8 smaller bushings will fit after you remove the OEM grommet. For the front hub, you need to remove the metal shell from the front hub to install a new one. Add some PB Blaster around the metal ring. Leave on for a few minutes. Then use a 27mm impact socket and an extension to knock out the factory socket with its metal case. Otherwise the new urethane bushings in the front will not fit if you only remove the rubber part. Hope this helps others who may be struggling like me.
