Review on Robinair 10596 Dial Thermometer 160°F by Donnell Cursed

I don't like writing bad reviews, but in this case I have to say so. When I received the thermometer, it was well packaged and shrink-wrapped in the factory. He showed no damage. I tried to check the calibration by putting the tube in a bath of ice water. The needle is not calibrated to 32 degrees. In fact, it was 8 degrees above normal! As the needle moved, there was a moment where it would jam, stop, and then jump to higher or lower readings with repeated taps. I decided to return to Revain and they did a great job with customer service. I ended up buying another large area OEM Revain thermometer which, as mentioned above, I tested directly for the money.
