I was looking for this one

I make chicken chops quite often. I use baking sheets to dip chicken pieces in flour and beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I also use cooling racks to place the chicken cutlets after roasting so they stay nice and crispy. The compact size is ideal and practical. Very happy with this product.
