I have been able to track activity of my customers, their points earning opportunities while at store kiosks or online within our own eCommerce site without having them leave those sites! A great program that can be integrated into other programs as well such like MailChimp etc - would love it if they could do something more interactive using some social media platforms (facebook). There's nothing else out there you need this one right now! Tracking point sales so we know what products are generating revenue vs loss from theft / lost cards ect.. Very secure software also helps make sure credit card info gets stolen cannot happen when these guys monitor everything very closely!! The ability to store all of our reward programs in one place, the ease of use, the reporting options, the ability to view all of our accounts in one place. I wish there was an option to have more than 1 account per user. For example, if you had a business card that you were using for work and another for personal use, it would be nice to have both available in this program. We are able to see all of our accounts in one place. It's also easy to add new accounts as we need them.
