As much as I want to save her, I can't! Here's why: 1) FitYou're too big! I *have* shaky ears that are difficult to adjust, I'll admit, but I've never felt pain from headphones before. They come with EarWings which are a great addition, but the two large sizes hurt my shell/lower calf (the sticky part where you attach the EarWings) quite badly. The smaller size might be comfortable, but it doesn't really stay in place. I also think the actual case of the earbuds affects how they fit in my ears. 2) Design They're just too loud. Check out the pics but basically they stick out too much no matter how they sit in my ear. Even if they are too loud, when you press the external button, you push the earbud too far away for comfort. Siri requires two button presses, and I ended up having to completely remove and reinsert the earpiece. Also, while the case is "no bigger than a car key" on the front, the case is actually 1.25 inches deep - way too big for a women's bag (or any bag other than maybe a jacket, IMHO). I really liked their sound, although they don't fit well. The only thing that bothered me was that they were in the ear so I could hear my heartbeat when there was no noise. That. However, I can confirm that they block noise. Pretty good actually since I left my car lights on because I didn't hear the alarm telling me to turn them off lol. Overall the sound quality was great for the price so I think they will fit most ears just not me! There are some definite downsides and I'm not the biggest fan but I can see how they could become someone's favorite pair of headphones.
