Review on 🔵 Enhanced Bluetooth Color Changing IHOME APP by Doug Cardello

The snooze/dimmer touchpad didn't work properly on one of them so I'm returning it and buying a new one (third). But the second works great. Personally, I don't like the touchpad's snooze/dim function (I would have preferred the tried-and-true touchpad). I also don't like that the buttons are all over the dial. This makes it a bit difficult to slide them at an angle. I love the color changing options. You can turn off all displays, including the ones that show the time, if you like. I like that you can set the radio volume to a different level than the alarm volume, and that the alarm volume can start out soft and slowly increase over several seconds. Saves jerking out of bed. Love the dual alarm and that you have the option to set the alarm for 7 days, 5 days or 2 days. We didn't use the microphone feature with the iPhone as it's for one of my kids and my kids don't have a smartphone so I can't comment on that. I like the location of the USB port on the back. I disagree with other reviewers that if the power goes out, the settings are retained but the alarm doesn't sound. I had the one I was sending back in the box ready to be sent back the next day and although the radio wasn't playing the alarm went off when we installed it (we forgot to turn it off - poor UPS driver :- ( ) and lasted 1 hour before it turned off. So in our case the alarm clock works but the radio doesn't when it's not connected. The same problem occurs with the snooze/dimming touchpad. It doesn't work smoothly. It definitely has an issue in that area. The snooze/dim touchpad requires a few taps/swipes before it works sometimes and until you're awake. I'll be returning the third one too. Very disappointed because I really like how it works. Design flaw. Replace this touchpad with a push pad and I will definitely buy again.
