Easy to attach to shorts and sports bra. They are also easy to turn on, off, or change with a single touch. I used to run until dawn, with various flashes, and the cats either didn't move or could actually turn to me (maybe because they were staring at something that was blinking faintly to see something?), but like this, like I' started carrying these cars, respectfully walk around me long before they reach me. I feel a lot more confident now as long as I'm not wearing them. I almost forgot they were rechargeable because I hadn't charged them in ages. I run about 40 minutes three times a week and can't remember charging them for weeks if not months.
