Review on BAKECONTROL 2012 by Donnie Boss

I like being able to see my recipe in the software before making it so that any mistakes can be corrected right away as opposed to having to make changes after baking. The software is easy to use but not very intuitive for people who have never used it before. It's good if you are already familiar with using recipes or mixing ingredients together because there isn't much else to learn while using Backcontrol until you get more experience. This program makes sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish. Before BackControl we had too many cooks in the kitchen trying to create our own mixes and formulas which was causing confusion amongst ourselves and errors once things were baked. Now everyone knows what they should expect out of each other and it helps us eliminate problems when they do occur.
