I bought this NEU180B lightweight, powerful upright pet hair vacuum cleaner. Speculation that this model (compared to the 182, which was $13 cheaper and had no mention of pet hair in the title) w would come out. Turbo Brush Pet. I called Eureka to see if I could get the missing part (plus two other missing parts as described). The support agent Jim was very unhelpful and also rude. He might have had a bad day but I'm very unhappy w. Yurik support. He informed me that the model I bought had not arrived. these instruments, despite being a more expensive model. So, aside from misleading titles, prices, and poor customer service, the vacuum is great. It is easy to use and works very well. If I get what I thought I paid for I would give this product 5 stars.
