This Low-Fat Baker Approves

I have a blog where I post healthier recipes, and I do a lot of low-fat baking. Silicone bakeware is superior when it comes to releasing your baked goods, and I highly recommend investing in some good pans. I've tried many different brands of silicone bakeware, and there's definitely a difference - some are thicker, shiner, and way more effective than others (an awesome brand I always recommend is Trudeau). That said, this pan was relatively inexpensive and I liked the pattern so I went for it.It's definitely effective - your baked items will release effortlessly. It's a little thinner than other silicone pans, which on the one hand means you have to be careful when washing and cutting things in it, but on the other hand means you can more easily maneuver it to release your cake. And, while the sprinkle pattern is fun, sometimes it makes it more difficult to clean because you have to decipher between messy residue spots and sprinkles. All in all, I like this pan and I'd say it's worth the price.
