Not Enough: Power Accessory

I bought this because it was an easy to use option that allowed me to get USB power versus a regular buck converter. QC 3.0 was a nice feature that made me buy it. My Raspberry Pi 3b sometimes complains about voltage. I haven't tested extensively, but the trigger for the low voltage warning is 4.65V. The voltage always stabilizes within a few seconds. Overclocking the Pi eliminated the voltage drop even though the Pi didn't draw more than 2 amps. I also installed one of these in my TV to power my new Chromecast and the Chromecast worked for a while before complaining about powering those boards as well. Both devices only use 5V and 1.5A or less.
