Doesn't go in easily but I don't think it's Moog's fault. I found it easiest to insert the rear screw first. Keep it as level as possible, then use a rubber mallet to hammer it near the correct position. The rubber grommet may not be vertical enough to go all the way. So try to start it in the grommet and then do your best to move it around until it goes through. Cursing helps, but eventually you should be able to get it. Once the rear screw is in (not tightened), work on getting the front screw in; should be a lot easier.
