Works and matches my 2011 Silverado LT perfectly, the greenish backlight matches the factory backlight color perfectly and all 4 switches work as they should. Installation took about 20 minutes by removing the silver insert from the handle, starting at the bottom, then prying up and then unscrewing the 2 x 10mm screws at the top and bottom of the handle. Then I just use my pry tool to pry the entire piece that the switches are attached to and I unhook the power door lock switch and then I was able to flip the assembly over which gave me access to the clips that held the window switch in place very easy. I took out the four clips holding the window switches in place, removed the old window switches and then just put in the new window switches, reconnected the door lock switch and pushed the switch mounting plate back into the door panel and reinstalled.
