Lightweight with some blade flexibility. Can be washed in the dishwasher. Not bad for everyday use.
This is a lightweight, dishwasher safe steak knife set that has not been damaged after multiple washes. The blades are fairly thin, fairly sharp, and serrated along their entire length. The rubberized grip ensures a good balance. There is a red plastic stopper at the end to give it a color contrast. The blades are a bit flexible so you won't want to use them for anything other than steak. For comparison, each of these knives weighs 1.3 ounces. My heavier stainless steel steak knives weigh 3.2 ounces each. However, they are quite good for everyday use.
