wow. What a great product. I have a piece of land covered in these miserable seeds that people call goat heads. One run with my yard tractor and I've collected a few. A few days later I had 2 flat tires and a slow leak in the third. I bought this after seeing a lot of reviews saying to stay away from "green things". Day 1 - I followed the instructions (see tips below) and after inflating the first tire I still heard the leak for about 10-15 seconds and then it was gone. calm. I think it's cool, but we'll see if they hold up. Day 2, 3 - Still holding on. Day 4 β Back to the field to mow and transport rocks with my van. A few drive-bys and I notice a nasty goat's head stuck deep in my rear wheel. I pulled it out nervously. hisses for about 4 seconds, then silence. COLD! Day 5 - The next day I went through the tractor tires and pulled all the spikes out of the goat's head. There would have been half a dozen leaks, but the sealant sealed them. Day 7 - I walk past my wagon, 2 apartments. Goat heads got my brand new tires. I took out Berryman's and pumped up some. And everything went great again. Although, hey, my car always breaks down, so I put some Berryman in those tires too. Day 14 - All 10 tires are still fully inflated. Tips: 1. When you receive the product in the mail, put it in a garbage bag and go outside to unscrew the pump/open the jug. Due to the design of the pump, some of the juice will squirt, resulting in a mess. No cleaning problems but still dirty.2. When pumping juice into the tire, make sure the valve stem is in the 5 or 7 o'clock position. You will rotate the tire later, but when you fill it you want it to fill at the bottom of the tire.3. If you have a tubular tire, gently hold the valve stem with pliers while you connect the inflation hose. Oh yes, Berryman works great with lamps too.4. THE MOST IMPORTANT. Wrap a paper towel around the valve stem when removing the inflation hose. Now some air is expelled, so some juice flows out. So if you wrap a paper towel around the stem, everything will come out nice and clean. After filling the tires with juice, SLOWLY rotate the tires. This keeps the sap on the outside of the tire instead of spreading it all over the rim. The amounts I have used in my tires are: Lawn Tractor/Larger Mowers Front Tires - 8 Pumps Rear Tires - 12 Pumps Carriage Tires - 6 Pumps Wagon Tires - 6 Pumps
