The customer service is outstanding! They are very responsive to any questions you may have regarding their services or products they offer at this time (or future).

I love how fast it takes for them reply back when contacting via email/phone call etc., but also dislike sometimes not being able get through immediately - so be patient if waiting times seem long!! There were occasions where we had issues ordering items from Australia which took longer than expected due too bad weather conditions; however once these things happen its out-of our control as far getting an item sent over ASAP goes. Great communication throughout all stages between myself & my colleagues who work within logistics department about what needs doing next along the way :).
