Great customer support and flexible services

The team is always willing to help you out when things go wrong or if there's something not clear about their service offerings - they are very professional! It would be great for them have some more flexibility regarding pick up times as this has been an issue at different points during our relationship (I'm sure it happens elsewhere too). We're using KERRY logistics because we needed someone who could provide us access into China which was difficult due to timezones/relocation issues etc but

  • As soon sone my inquiry came across his inbox he responded back almost immediately !!! Also once i got transferred from one account manager another picked right away!!! Thankful experience

Fantastic Communication With Timely Delivery

The customer service is outstanding! They are very responsive to any questions you may have regarding their services or products they offer at this time (or future). I love how fast it takes for them reply back when contacting via email/phone call etc., but also dislike sometimes not being able get through immediately - so be patient if waiting times seem long!! There were occasions where we had issues ordering items from Australia which took longer than expected due too bad weather…

Great Customer Service!!: Kerry Logistics

The best part about Kerry is we never had any issues or complaints until recently. We use their services for all our trucking needs - local & long hauls to different states across the US. They are very responsive and always willing to help whenever needed. Their customer service reps are amazing! Sometimes things can be resolved over the phone but if there is too much paperwork involved it might take longer than expected. I highly recommend Kerry as they have been great at providing us with…
