The best thing I've ever used, a great item for everyone!

In general, very good glass, universal, for everyday use, if you are too lazy to carry (or buy) other lenses with you. You can get a good picture. By the way, I didn’t write about distortion in short and features of the picture, etc. etc. Much depends on the photographer and the carcass. For example, I heard opinions that this glass performs better on FF. I myself did not check the truth, but I plan to buy 6D.
I will not advise, let everyone decide for himself.

Pros

-constructive first of all, very well assembled, nothing plays anywhere + moisture and dust protection -autofocus, works very accurately with my 60D, there are practically no misses -stabilizer, useful, especially when shooting videos, but it makes a little noise during operation, so it's better to record sound from an external microphone -focal - a very versatile lens, for almost all occasions, if there is a choice, take one lens from Canon, then this is definitely a good option - Fairly priced in my opinion

Cons

Naturally, there are disadvantages. - the picture is still inferior to more expensive zooms and many fixes -chromatite is strong enough for its aperture ratio - aperture itself
