I bought this product because I thought I could spend less and save money on a kitchen gadget. I saved on the trip but one of the pieces broke the first time I used it and the second one I used was uncomfortable. I started with a larger round die and after punching three ravioli the cheap metal broke so it had to be recycled. Then I picked up the scooter and it was so small that it was quite uncomfortable. I've used it but not very well. I'm not going to go back to Plan A and go to the store to buy the right crimping/knife machine. In the end, my decision cost me more money and I still have to go to the store. I do not recommend this product.
