This is a really good set. They seal perfectly. I've made ravioli and none of them broke while cooking. Wooden handles are very durable, like metal. There is a good range of sizes and shapes. fun and helpful.

They don't cut in the trash. They make indentations in the pasta dough, but don't cut it all the way through. I scored them and it didn't work. As a result, you have to stretch the dough so they separate, and then they lose their shape. Will most likely return.

I miss GF ravioli! I decided to try my hand at making one. With Pinterest for the recipe and my rolling pin, I had amazing pasta and toppings. The cutters worked well! I had to press a little harder than expected. Maybe because my dough was GF or because I had to use a pasta maker to make the dough thinner. I was hoping to make lots of ravioli quickly using stamps. However, you need to apply just enough pressure to penetrate even the softest dough. And even then, it doesn't always perform cleanly.
