I miss GF ravioli! I decided to try my hand at making one. With Pinterest for the recipe and my rolling pin, I had amazing pasta and toppings. The cutters worked well! I had to press a little harder than expected. Maybe because my dough was GF or because I had to use a pasta maker to make the dough thinner.
