Do Not Buy - No Support for Trouble Codes or Product

I purchased this diagnostic tool for my BMW which I intend to work on myself. I was having idle issues and ran the iCarsoft tool. It came with all kinds of codes, all but a couple of which I ended up deleting. The codes I cleared prompted me to replace the spark plugs and coils, which fixed some of the idle issues. In any case, the car had to go through this exchange. I was still having an idle problem so I ran the diagnostic tool again and found 2 codes. There wasn't a single code listed in the BMW code list, the iCarsoft code list for BMW, or any other code list I found online. I started chatting with Barnett Davis, iCarsoft's tech guy, who seemed pleasantly helpful at first. I sent him all the diagnostic tool data and screenshots he asked for, including the vehicle's VIN number, and finally sent him the diagnostic file from the tool itself. Needless to say it took several months and now Mr. Davis is answering mine E-mails stopped and her Virginia phone number is not answering. All I want is a simple answer. Tell me what the codes (P112F and P11B1) mean so I can either fix it myself or take it to a repair shop, or just tell me you don't know so I can look elsewhere for the answer. Personally, I think the tool is buggy, or at least the software, and iCarsoft don't want to deal with that as it's a common problem with the tool. I am happy to remove or change this review if Mr. Barnett Davis from iCarsoft wishes to respond. It's up to you, iCarsoft. In the meantime, I urge everyone to stay away from this product.
