Review on Sena SMH10D-10: Dual Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset/Intercom for Unprecedented Connectivity by Evan Hernandez

I'm sure this device can be amazing, and I am still very much looking forward to using it. It worked a few times, sounded great and was fun to listen to on the go. I used my headset for a few weeks after receiving it, then the "phone" button stopped working reliably. This made it impossible to use the voice features on the go, and I quickly found that turning them off was almost impossible. For this reason, the battery was almost always empty and almost unusable. I contacted Sena and after asking for it to be reset several times, I was instructed to send it back for a replacement under warranty. I sent it in and a month after it arrived and after about five requests for a status update, they reply that they are out of stock. I was told that I would have to wait patiently for them to get more. The fact that it stopped working within the first few weeks and it took several requests to find a replacement and they ended up not even having a replacement to send me leads to this two star rating. At the moment I just don't have the money and I have nothing to show but trouble and a bunch of support tickets.
