Perfect for regular long distance swimming with my Powerbreather Sport. Surprisingly, unless you have used a fresh air snorkel, you can swim almost indefinitely without turning your head and breathing fresh air. Have also used these fins for traveling and snorkeling in Hawaii and they have been great. They're short so you can't dive too deep as they don't have the power of the big ones, but they do their job well. Easily helped me gain confidence in the currents. Fits easily in my suitcase. I'm a 12 year old male: I'm size 45/46 and it fits great.
