Love it! First, they fit my old Speedplay X2 (fixed tension) knobs. I had no problems with the installation. They fit well and I've driven several hundred miles and they have not come loose or loosened. They offer significantly more traction than without them. You need to maintain and extend the life of your boots, which is more important than ever now that replacement parts are hard to come by at a reasonable price. Two important points. Make sure you use them with the X-Series cleats and not the 0-Series cleats to ensure they are seated properly and make sure they are fully engaged. This may take some effort. In addition, according to the experience of some reviewers, clipping can be difficult, but it can be solved easily. Once fitted, please note that the plastic on the inside of the sock may protrude a few mm beyond the edge of the metal bar it covers. This excess plastic can cause the clamp to become more difficult or require it to be rotated more outwards to disengage. The solution I thought worked was to simply cut/scrape off some of the excess plastic with a utility knife until it was flush with the metal edge. See photo - on the left is a cover with a cut by me, on the right it is untouched. In my case I only had to do this for the right trunk lid. So I put 4 because of the mod. But be aware that there really is no other option for these discontinued X-Series pedals. I would buy them again.
