Instead of buying a $150 Dorman f150 camera for my 2013, I bought this. It will work if you are skilled enough to make a small notch in the tailgate behind the tailgate emblem and can cut a notch in the plastic camera mount. The guides don't work, but the image quality is close to factory. You can't complain about the price.
