The ONLY negative I've found with this thick, sturdy measuring spoon is the lack of a hanging hole; But I like to get around it because when baking small batches for farmers markets, adding 3 scoops of yeast, batch by batch, was time consuming. This spoon helped me make yeast bread baking easier for only $5! For me, the time savings make this product a great value as it saves me about 40 minutes a week scooping yeast. I'm wasting yeast, but I'm also running out of time. Plus, the handle is wide and curved to hold your thumb while you scoop the yeast into the deep bowl of a spoon! I think these two qualities make this spoon great for those who suffer from arthritis and other issues that can make using regular measuring spoons difficult.
