Review on Didog Soft Flannel Padded Dog Vest Harness, Escape Proof Quick Fit Reflective Training Walking Harness XS Chest 15-18 Purple by Justin Luna

I tried six different harnesses before I found this one, which fits my Italian Greyhound perfectly! YAY! As other IG owners can relate, most dog accessories aren't designed for the slim body and deep chest of these petite dogs, but this one is great. Not only is it super soft (which means no chafing on delicate skin), but it's also lightweight. It seems to be very sturdy and with just one strap to clip around the chest, it makes putting it on a breeze. As you can see in the photo, the chest strap sits far enough back that it doesn't slip in behind the elbow, reducing the chance that the strap will rub a sore spot. I'm very happy with this purchase.Update: I'm sad to report that this harness didn't work out as well as I'd originally thought. In the beginning, I adjusted the harness to fit on top of my dog's coat (cold here!) and it worked very well. However, the first day she went without a coat the harness worked its way forward, leaving a big gap around her neck (see 2nd photo). Cinching the chest strap any tighter would have been very uncomfortable for her. I really like the harness (quality, softness, weight) so I'll work on a solution, maybe a second strap at the back, around the waist. Unfortunately, as is, I just can't recommend it for an Italian Greyhound.
