Review on Soozier Lightweight Wooden Balance Board Trainer With Non-Slip Roller, Ideal For Building Core Stability And Balance Training In Office Or Home Use - 32 Inch Wobble Board by Dan Ball

Not the easiest to use

My husband really wanted a balance board for practicing balance of course and also prepping for snowboarding season so that was the reason we got this. I will tell you it sits up pretty high from the ground so for someone like me who has basically no balance I am scared to even try it because I am sure I would fall on my face---my husband however has tried it out a few times and it has worked for him though it is a bit of a challenge to stay balanced/on the board. I can say ours has not had any issues breaking so far and it has been used by someone over 200lbs but only a few times so hopefully it doesn't break after more use. Easy to assemble, the round boards just slide onto the bar and then the board balances on the bar. Some of the holes drilled in the round pieces could have had better or bigger holes drilled into them as we had to somewhat force them onto the bar.
