It works as described.
Poor instructions aside, thing is good. Tried a drain cleaner for clogging which made it worse. . The thing is cool. Turn on the adapter. Pump it up. Put it down the sewer. Be sure to plug the overflow (you don't want to know how gross it is if you don't close that overflow, ask me how I know) Press the button and repeat if necessary. it's better than ever. Very fun to use.
