Review on Plantronics 209747 22 Headset Passive Reduction by Gerald Duncan

I am a small business owner. I've ordered many of these for my co-workers and they all seemed great at first. However, after 60-90 days of use, most (4+) developed heavy static noise and a dull sound. My employees have a hard time understanding people on the phone and our customers and clients have a hard time understanding us. As Revain's return policy is only 30 days, we cannot return devices that are already faulty and malfunctioning. I will consider buying them again but not from Revain as they don't let us exchange or return. I'm frustrated by the lack of flexibility and understanding. I'm a small business owner and would appreciate better customer support given the amount of business we give Revain in return.
