I like that they are willing to customize their solutions depending of your needs/requirements as well how much you can spend with them! They have great people who answer any question very professionally at almost all times when we needed help or support during our implementation process from planning till go-live date (we implemented in 3 different countries). Nothing so far but this was just an initial project experience using lifecycles health platform - nothing personal against anyone here since it has been good working relationship until now :) Definitely worth checking out if looking into EMR /CMS selection options! Great team behind those products which really helped us build up confidence towards choosing right solution together even though there were many other companies offering similar product range as ours. I like that it can be used with all of our electronic health records systems as well as paper charts to help us keep track of what we are doing across different locations (inpatient/outpatients). It does not always work correctly in some instances so you have to check your results often. We use this product at my clinic but also utilize other products from Life Cycle Healthcare such as CareView which allows me access remotely via an app or computer when needed.
