The ease of use for end users, especially those with limited IT knowledge; having access from mobile devices is also very useful when you are out in site seeing how equipment performs during operation! There's nothing I dislike about this software so far but there may have been something overlooked at my organization because we did not utilize all its features fully (e.g., inventory tracking). We needed an easy way for our field personnel to enter their work orders into one centralized database which allowed us to track them throughout each job life cycle including maintenance/repair activities once they were returned back to service by customers after being repaired. This helped ensure customer satisfaction was met while reducing potential costs associated with warranty claims etc.. Thanks to the flexibility provided via cloud-based platform allows employees across different locations / geographies - without requiring additional resources - to manage jobs centrally & effectively!! Also able to pull reports directly off the data base itself allowing quick turnaround times.
