Beautiful Artisan Breads

Works great! Makes beautiful artisanal bread! Only 2 minus points. The handle is too small to carry with hot mats. hard to grasp. I bake bread at 550° so thick mats are needed. Too bad I didn't buy the dark color. Creamy white shows everything that burns. Common cooking stains are difficult to remove from products
