The skin feels comfortable. Overall very satisfied, a small lid that holds three cups doesn't hold up. You can lose the lid very easily. I would suggest a medium sized leather dog collar (as close to the same color as possible) and attach it vertically along the center line to hold the lid in place for proper fixation. Or tie it with a bandana or handkerchief for a quick fix. I wouldn't take a full star, but it's kind of a "cool bottle part", the three-cup lid is the main attraction, sadly doesn't fit. It's like having a car with butterfly doors that won't close. As I said, this is a really nice bottle, very well made, with subtle leather accents, no metallic smell or taste, the three cup design is just great. It's a hip flask Ferrari F50, but the butterfly doors don't close. I still rock it.
